InterruptedSinuMollweide inverse projection

Computing the inverse of the InterruptedSinuMollweide projection for issue #85.

See Fil's block: ChamberlinAfrica inverse projection for details of the method.

For this specific projection we had to add syntactic sugar, and export d3-geo:solve as d3.geoSolve() to be able to use it directly in d3-geo-projection:interrupt.invert.
