Where did the money go?

This chart show US aid disbursment by country form 1970 to 2012. Israel and Egypt are the only countries to have received over 100 billion USD during this period. Afghanistan and Iraq are catching up. Vietnam, at 59 billion USD, rounds out the top five. Pakistan, at half that amount is number six. Turkey, South Korea, Russia and Jordan are the other countries that make up the top ten.

Note: Contains only countries that recived a total of more than 200 million USD in aid during the period (1970 - 2012).
