Status Over Time - Hospitalization Example

This chart shows the number of patients hospitalized and in followup over time for 500 patients in a clinical trial. This page was created using webcharts and a reusable version of this "Status over time" chart type is under active development.

The chart shows the number of participants enrolled and in follow up during every day of the study period. The chart shows the overall flow of the study clearly.

• Participants were enrolled in 1997, 1999 and 2001, with no enrollment taking place in off years.
• Large numbers of particpants were in follow-up, but no more than 11 were admitted on any given day.
• Follow-up for most participants was stopped on 1/1/2003
