Interrupted Sinusoidal

This interrupted sinusoidal projection is available as d3.geoInterruptedSinusoidal in d3-geo-projection. The asymmetrical lobe boundaries emphasize land masses over oceans, after the Swedish Nordisk Världs Atlas as reproduced by C.A. Furuti.
