Cherry Blossom Data (Kyoto, Japan)

This data set consists of flowering dates of the Prunus Jamasakura trees in Kyoto, Japan. Yasuyuki Aono (associate professor at Osaka Prefecture University) has compiled this data set from modernity to the 9th century by tracing data sources from newspapers to historical poems.
