Here is the code to attempt an answer to this StackOverflow question about plotting a bundled chord diagram in R.. To get the desired result, I made some changes to the edgebundleR htmlwidget. Below is the code which leverages igraph and tries to be consistent with its plotting conventions. Click here for the live example.
