This is an example of summarytrees as an htmlwidget so that it can be easily used in all contexts, such as rmarkdown, console, and Shiny. One thing I am struggling with is the timing and animation of the viewBox change. In this example, I moved the viewBox change and transition to the end, so the resizing occurs last.
